Frequently Asked Questions

How do I become a Barcey’s Coffee Roaster?

We appreciate roasters that supply diverse, premium quality trade coffee appealing to individuals with different tastes, from the renowned roast coffee veterans to the sensational rising coffee roasters causing ripples in the industry and everywhere in between.

We look for roasters who source their coffee through ethical, sustainable, and fair trade coffee business practices. Additionally, our roasters should be committed to our coffee orders’ frequent fulfillment, preferably already roasting and shipping trade coffee regularly. Their roasting style should be consistent with bringing out all of the flavors and nuances embedded within a coffee bean. They should offer various options and brand unique memorability in imagery and persona while upholding a positive reputation with good reviews for maintaining commendable practices.

To become our roasting partner:

  • The roaster fills out an application form.
  • Barcey’s reviews your application and carries out brand research to decide if we can work together.
  • After that, we respond to your application, and if approved, you will be given access to create your own store and start selling on our site.
  • Our Vendor Membership is FREE, and we only charge a 3% marketplace commission plus a 3% credit card processing fee.
