How do I become a Barcey’s Coffee Roaster?
We appreciate roasters that supply diverse, premium quality trade coffee appealing to individuals with different tastes, from the renowned roast coffee veterans to the sensational rising coffee roasters causing ripples in the industry and everywhere in between.
We look for roasters who source their coffee through ethical, sustainable, and fair trade coffee business practices. Additionally, our roasters should be committed to our coffee orders’ frequent fulfillment, preferably already roasting and shipping trade coffee regularly. Their roasting style should be consistent with bringing out all of the flavors and nuances embedded within a coffee bean. They should offer various options and brand unique memorability in imagery and persona while upholding a positive reputation with good reviews for maintaining commendable practices.
To become our roasting partner:
- The roaster fills out an application form.
- Barcey’s reviews your application and carries out brand research to decide if we can work together.
- After that, we respond to your application, and if approved, you will be given access to create your own store and start selling on our site.
- Our Vendor Membership is FREE, and we only charge a 3% marketplace commission plus a 3% credit card processing fee.
How do I become a Barcey's Member?
All businesses, entrepreneurs, and consumers are welcome to join our community. Membership is free, and we qualify particular (Business Account) applicants by confirming their business’s legitimacy. To become a member, click the ‘Become A Member’ tab on the website and follow the prompts. After submitting your application you will gain immediate access to our exclusive coffee marketplace.
How do I manage my account details?
You can access your account details to do things like update your payment method, change your login password, or change your delivery frequency. All you have to do is log in to your account, click on ‘Account details’ near the upper right-hand corner, and click on your desired section from the list on the left-hand side.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Though we would hate to see you go, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, click on ‘Account details’ near the upper right-hand corner, then click on ‘Subscriptions’ from the list on the left-hand side, and follow the prompt(s) for your cancellation. You will be prompted with a message confirming that your subscription has been canceled.
Can I pause my coffee delivery?
Yes, you can easily pause your coffee delivery by visiting the ‘Subscription’ section in your account and also resume delivery of your premium artisan coffee in the same way.
How much will I pay for shipping?
Nothing. We ship FREE anywhere in the USA, with no minimum purchase necessary.
How long does it take for my coffee to be delivered?
Your coffee is roasted and packed within 48 hours after placing the order then shipped via UPS or USPS directly to you. It takes 3-7 business days for your coffee to be delivered once the roaster releases your order.
COVID-19: Are you still shipping coffee?
Yes. We are currently shipping in the United States via UPS & USPS.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We gladly accept unopened and unused returned products within 30 days of the invoice date. We will provide a refund in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling or an exchange equivalent to the returned merchandise value. To begin a return process, please contact us first to receive a return number. Pack the return products, make sure to include a copy of the return confirmation email, seal the box securely, and send the package to the address provided by Customer Service.
You must return your package with a provided prepaid label. We recommend insuring the package with your chosen carrier and tracking it. If your online order is defective or missing, please contact us and include your order number along with a list of the defective/missing items.
